Hey there, gym rats and fitness enthusiasts! I’m Flavio, a university student passionate about bodybuilding just like you! This blog isn’t just about me though – it’s about sharing my personal progression, the knowledge I’ve gained and all the knowledge I will gain through this blogging exercise.

Why Bodybuilding? Why Blogging?

I have always been a sporty person, I have always done sports since I was 6 and ended up starting calisthenics in 2020 during the lockdown due to covid and after this first lockdown spent a brief period in a public gym. But the journey hasn’t always been easy, in fact after a few months I got injured, twice. I got a chostocondritis and the Osgood-Schlatter disease which made me stop training until october 2022, when I restarted training and also got a gym membership in 2023. Starting from then, I never stopped training and shifted my attention from performance to the looks and actual bodybuilding (even though I don’t hide the fact that I might still do some powerlifting movements)

During these years, also when I could not train, I have always studied more and more about nutrition and training but there’s always more to learn about these topics and that’s where this blog comes in!
